Chinese characters are logograms used in the writing of Chinese (where they may be called hanzi) and Japanese (kanji).

Such characters are also used, albeit less frequently, in Korean (hanja), and were formerly used in Vietnamese (hán tự), as well as in a number of other languages.

A Bird amongst White Oleanders in a Round Glass

This is another attractive glass painting done on a round shaped frosted glass. The image consists of that of a bird sitting on a tree branch with blossoms of white oleander flowers.

The background has been painted bright red in order to contrast with the main objects. A royal blue concentric border acts as a frame to the painting.

Stone Studded Horse on Glass

The image depicts the outline of a horse's face studded with shiny stones on glass. Each stone shines vibrantly even in gleam light generating rainbow colored reflections.

The stones have been pasted onto the glass with forceps using a strong glue and forming the corresponding lines for the image.

The male of the Peafowl species is known as the peacock. The Peacock is designated as the national bird of the Indian sub-continent.

The peacock has iridescent blue-green or green colored plumage. The peacock tail is not the tail quill feathers but the highly elongated upper tail covert feathers.
